Erica Jenkins Morgan, 38, passed away on February 2, 2019. She grew up in Georgia and joined the soccer community at the age of 10 with the Lady Attack soccer team. In addition to playing, she enjoyed refereeing and coaching soccer. Her passion for soccer continued as she played for Dunwoody High School and then at Spelman College. She continued playing as an adult in the GAWSA league.
In addition to playing soccer, Erica had a lifelong love of learning. She majored in Economics and graduated magna cum laude from Spelman College. To honor her memory, we have created the Erica Jenkins Morgan Annual Scholarship.
Her loving spirit and beautiful smile will always be remembered. She leaves behind her husband, Jason Morgan; her parents, Lonnie and Darlene Jenkins; and 2 sisters, Charlotte Jenkins Redo and Loni Jenkins.
